I hold a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Toulouse–Jean Jaurès University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Vietnam National University.

I have experience working with adolescents and young adults between the ages of 14 and 30 across private and public mental health settings in Vietnam and France. I often support people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, borderline personality disorder, and difficulties in attachment or interpersonal relationships.

My work takes a holistic view of each person, paying attention not only to the difficulties they are facing, but also to their emotional world, relationships, and wider life context. I believe everyone carries their own strengths and inner resources. By creating a safe and open therapeutic space, I hope to support each person in understanding themselves more deeply and finding a way forward that feels meaningful to them.

I have been a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) since August 2024.

“I’m often curious about what lies beneath an emotion or a reaction in a relationship. As those needs and feelings become clearer, the way a person sees themselves and connects with others can begin to shift.”
