Group Therapy
A space to share, listen, and reflect together.
Group therapy brings together a small number of people with related experiences in a confidential, therapist-facilitated setting. Through shared reflection, listening, and structured activities, members can gain new perspectives, practise relating to others, and feel less alone.
Groups are usually organised around a particular theme or shared concern. We generally aim for 5–8 participants and, where possible, the same members attend throughout the programme to support trust and continuity.
Because group therapy depends on having an appropriate number of participants, a group can begin only once enough people have registered. You may therefore need to wait before a suitable group becomes available. Please contact us to express your interest—we can discuss the anticipated timing and other support options in the meantime.
Group therapy may be helpful if you are looking for:
- ✓Connection with others facing similar concerns
- ✓A supportive space to share and listen
- ✓Greater self-awareness and new perspectives
- ✓Healthier communication and relationship skills
- ✓Support with anxiety, stress, or low mood
- ✓Personal growth through shared reflection
You can get in touch and share a little about what you are experiencing. Together, we can consider a therapist and format that may suit your needs.
