Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Mental health support within the context of work.
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a service funded by an employer or organisation, helping employees access psychological support for difficulties in their working or personal lives.
Employees may speak privately with a therapist about stress, burnout, anxiety, loss, relationships, workplace conflict, or periods of change. The specific forms of support are agreed with each organisation.
Information shared in counselling is handled according to professional confidentiality principles and Ann Therapy’s policies. Employers do not have access to the content of individual sessions, except where safety or legal responsibilities apply.
An EAP may include:
- ✓Individual counselling for employees.
- ✓Support with stress, burnout, and work-related difficulties.
- ✓Workshops or educational activities about mental health.
- ✓Support during periods of organisational change or difficult events.
- ✓Referral to an appropriate specialist service when needed.
You can get in touch and share a little about what you are experiencing. Together, we can consider a therapist and format that may suit your needs.
