I trained in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology and have worked in schools and non-governmental organisations for several years. These experiences have allowed me to meet people facing anxiety, stress related to study or work, uncertainty about their direction, and difficulties within family or social relationships.

I work primarily with young adults between the ages of 18 and 35 who are navigating personal and relational concerns. I also meet with parents who would like to better understand and respond to their children’s emotional and behavioural needs.

In therapy, I pay attention to how each person relates to themselves, their family, and the wider world around them. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other approaches when appropriate, while keeping the person and their individual circumstances at the centre of our work.

“Some things take time before they can be put into words. Respect and patience therefore matter in counselling. Each person can begin where it feels right and gradually share what is happening in their own way.”
