Making sense of what you’re going through
When anxiety, loss, relationships, or life transitions become difficult to navigate alone, therapy can offer space to pause, reflect, and consider a way forward that feels right for you.
- Trained therapists with clinical supervision
- Confidentiality guided by professional policies
- LGBTQIA+ counselling
- Respect for diverse cultures and lived experiences
Seeking support can take time
Deciding to meet with a therapist is not always easy. You may have been considering it for some time, or this may be your first time learning about therapy. You can come to a session with things that still feel unclear — that, too, can be a place to begin.

The therapy process
Every therapy process begins with the needs and circumstances of each person. You and your therapist will discuss what is happening, what you hope for, and a way of working that feels appropriate. These can be revisited and adjusted as the work continues.
Getting to know each other
The first session gives you space to share what brings you to therapy and learn how your therapist works.
Agreeing on a direction
You and your therapist discuss goals, possible approaches, and an initial meeting frequency.
Reviewing as you go
Together, you periodically review what is changing, what remains difficult, and whether anything needs to be adjusted.
